How to Make a Service Bookable Online Only by Existing Clients

In this article, we'll explain how to make specific services bookable online exclusively for existing clients.

Step 1: Navigate to Services

Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, go to Setup, then click on the "Services" button under "Services".

Step 2: Access the Service

To open the service editing modal, either search for the service using the search bar or navigate through the categories and click on the desired service.

After selecting the service, click on the Online Booking tab.

Step 3: Restrict Online Bookings to Existing Clients

In the Online Booking tab, open the Advanced Settings option. In the "Restrict patient booking to" section, click on "Existing," then click "Save" in the top-right corner of the screen.

This configuration will make the service bookable online only for existing patients.

Existing patients are clients who have previously had at least one appointment at your clinic that was marked as completed in your calendar.

New clients, who do not have a completed appointment at the time of booking, will not be able to book this service online.
