How to Make a Service Bookable Only by Existing Clients

Step 1: Navigate to Services

Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, go to Setup, then click on the "Services" button under "Services".

 

Step 2: Access the Service

Once in the "Services" section, you have two options to edit a service:

  1. Use the search bar to find the service you want to edit.
  2. Navigate through the categories and click on the service you want to edit.

After selecting the service, proceed to the Online booking section from the menu. 

 

Step 3: Head to Advanced Settings

Once you're in the "Advanced Settings" section, ensure that you enable the online booking option. Then, under "Advanced Settings," click on "Existing Patients." After making these selections, click "Save." This configuration will make the service bookable online only for existing patients.

 

With this option enabled, clients who have a client portal will be able to book this service through the online booking portal once they log in. However, clients who don't have a client portal (such as first-time patients) won't see this service as an option to book online. This restriction ensures that only existing patients with access to the client portal can schedule appointments for this service online.
