How to Link Insurance with Client
In this guide, you’ll learn how to link an insurance company (third party) to a client in Pabau
This ensures that the correct price list and billing information is applied when the client is covered by insurance.
Step 1: Access the Client Card
Start by navigating to the Client Card of the client you want to update.
Hover over the client’s avatar, and a right arrow will appear — click it to enter the Relationships section.
Step 2: Add a New Relationship
Click Add, then choose Third Party > Insurance Provider from the options.
This will open a new window where you can link an insurance company to the client.
Step 3: Select the Insurance Company
You’ll see a list of insurance companies already created in your system. Use the search bar if needed to quickly find the correct one. Then click on the insurance company you want to assign.
And click "Set as Insurance Provider" to confirm your selection.
Step 4: Confirmation
The insurance company will now appear on the client’s profile and will be used during billing when applicable.
NOTE: On how to create Third Parties, please refer to this article.
