How to Leave a Review

In this guide, you’ll learn how to leave a review after your appointment. Your feedback plays an important role in helping others learn about the experience and in supporting the clinic in delivering high-quality care.

NOTE: Your clinic decides which options you see, so some of the steps below may look slightly different or be skipped.

After your appointment, your clinic may ask you to leave a review. Your feedback helps the clinic improve and helps other clients choose. In this article, you will learn how to leave a review, and how to read other clients’ reviews.

Step 1: Open the Review Link

Open the email or text message your clinic sent after your visit and click the link to leave a review. The review page opens straight away — you don’t need to sign in. It shows which treatment, date and practitioner you are reviewing.

NOTE: Review links expire after a while. If you see This link has expired, contact your clinic for a new one.

Step 2: Write Your Review

  1. Choose Your rating, from 1 star to 5 stars.
  2. Enter Your name as you would like it to appear, for example your first name and initial. This is published alongside your review.
  3. Write about your visit in Tell us about it. This is optional — you can leave just a star rating.
  4. Leave Can we use your testimonial publicly? switched on to show your review on the clinic’s public page, or switch it off to send it privately to the clinic only.
  5. Click Send review.

Rate your visit, add your name and comments, and click Send review

You will see Thank you — your review has been sent to the clinic.

TIP: Changed your mind? Open the same link again to edit your review. It updates the review you already left rather than adding a second one.

Read Other Clients’ Reviews

  1. On your clinic’s booking page, click the number of reviews (for example 15 reviews) at the top of the page.
  2. Use Search reviews, the treatment filter (All services) and the sort order (Newest first) to find the reviews you want.

The page shows the clinic’s overall rating and a breakdown by stars. Each review shows the rating, the treatment and the date, and any reply from the clinic. Only reviews that clients agreed to share publicly, and that the clinic has approved, are shown.
