How to Integrate with Google Tag Manager

Integrating Google Tag Manager with Pabau's Online Bookings can provide valuable insights into your online booking performance and user behavior.

Step 1: Navigate to Online Bookings Settings

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup page in the left sidebar menu and click on Online Booking under the Services section.

Step 2: Access Analytics Settings

Proceed to customize the Online Booking portal and switch to the Analytics tab.

Under Analytics, you will find options to integrate with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

Step 3: Connect with Google Tag Manager

After locating the option to connect the account with Google Tag Manager, you'll see the current status (whether it's active or not activated). Click on the "Configure" button to get started with the integration process.

Step 4: Configure Information

Clicking the Configure button opens a pop-up window to add the necessary information for integrating Google Tag Manager.

GTM Container ID: Include the Container ID from Google Tag Manager (click here on " How to Find GTM Container ID in Google Tag Manager").
Custom Confirmation Redirect URL: Add a custom URL for confirmation redirects, meaning that once the appointment is booked online, the client will be redirected to the custom confirmation page URL instead of the standard booking confirmation page.
Enable & Save: To activate the Google Tag Manager integration and save it.

Once you save the information, you will notice that Google Tag Manager is enabled and integrated with your Pabau account. Click on "Save Changes" to finalize.
