Step 1: Navigate to Setup

From the Import page, you can select whether you want to import data from files (like csv, .xlsx, or .xls) or use the Data Cleanse tool to clean and import existing data.

Once the file is uploaded, you have the following option showing at the top left corner of the page:

Template – Choose a saved import template if you’ve mapped your issuing company fields before, or create a new mapping and save it for future use.
To map the information correctly, click on any field marked as “Ignore.” From the dropdown, select the appropriate option. If you leave it as “Ignore,” the data in that column will not be imported.
Once mapping is complete, click "Next" at the top right corner, and the screen will confirm that your file has been successfully imported.
By following these steps, you can successfully import issuing companies into your Pabau account.
