How to Get Notified for Lead Inquiry

This article explains how to enable notifications to ensure you're alerted whenever a lead submits an inquiry.

Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, click on your avatar in the top right corner of the screen and select Account Settings.

Step 2: Switch to the Notifications Tab

Once you're on the Account settings page, click the Notifications tab in the left corner of the screen. 

Step 3: Configure Lead Notification Settings

Click to expand the "Leads" section to access the notification options.

To receive lead inquiries via email, select the "Email" option. For in-app notifications, choose the "Pabau Web" option. You can also enable both for complete coverage.



NOTE: You’ll receive these notifications whenever a lead fills out the Pabau lead form embedded on your website. If you haven’t added the Pabau lead form to your site and would like to, simply reach out to our support team for assistance.

Step 4: Save Changes

After selecting your preferred options, ensure to click the "Save Changes" button in the top right corner of the page.
