How to Get Help from Pabau Support

This article outlines the various ways you can connect with Pabau's customer support team.



How to Access Help & Support Resources

Step 1: Navigate to Your Avatar

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to your avatar located at the top right corner of the screen. Upon clicking, a list of actions will be revealed including 'Help & Support.' 

Step 2: Review Support Resources

When you click on Help & Support, you'll find all your support resources listed:

  • Help Centre: Access the Pabau Knowledge Base to explore comprehensive guides.
  • Pabau Academy: Visit the Pabau Academy to view courses and lessons tailored to enhance your skills.
  • Contact Support: You will be redirected to the Pabau Knowledge Base. 
  • Help Us Improve Pabau: Join the Pabau community page to discover the latest updates and share your feedback.

 


How to Access the Support Chat 

1. Pabau

  • Log into your Pabau account using your login credentials
  • Navigate to the bottom left corner of the screen
  • Click the 'Support' button and you will be redirected to the Pabau Knowledge Base

2. Knowledge Base

  • Access the Pabau Knowledge Base
  • Navigate to the bottom right corner of the screen and click to open the chat box
  • Click on the pen icon to start a conversation with a support agent


 

 

 

 

 

3. Pabau Academy

  • Access the Pabau Academy page
  • Navigate to the bottom right corner and click to open the chat box
  • Click on the pen icon to start a conversation


How to View Previous Conversations

Step 1: Access the Pabau Knowledge Base

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the bottom left corner and click the Support button, you will be redirected to the Pabau Knowledge Base.

Step 2: Open the Chat Box

Locate the chat box in the bottom-right corner of the screen and click it to open.

 

Step 3: Review Chats

Previous chats will be listed within the chat box.


How to Attach Screenshots/Videos to the Live Chat


Step 1: Open the Chat Box

Navigate to the chat box, located on the bottom right corner of the Pabau Knowledge Base and click to open.

Step 2: Contact Support 

Click the pen icon to start a conversation with a support agent. 

Step 3: Attach Screenshot/Video

To attach a screenshot or video, send a message to support first, then use the attachment icon in the bottom-right corner to select your file and press Enter to send.
