How to Generate the Business Snapshot Report

This article explains how to generate the business snapshot report in Pabau.

The Business Snapshot Report gives you a quick look at your clinic's performance. It shows client retention rates, revenue, online booking stats, and how well you're using your staff and space. This report helps you see what's working and where you can improve.

Step 1: Navigate to Analytics

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the left sidebar menu, where you can find the Analytics tab. Click to expand it, and it will reveal 'Reports.'

Step 2: Generate the Business Snapshot Report

Under the 'Business' section, you will find the Business Snapshot pre-created report. Click on the report name to continue. 

Step 3: Adjust the Filters

If you want to narrow down your report, you can add and adjust filters to focus on exactly what you need.
In the Business Snapshot report, you can filter the data by location and time period. By default, 'This Month' will be selected. To edit the filters, find them at the top right corner of the screen.

In the screenshot below, you can see an example of the "Business Snapshot" report.

To edit the time period when you want to see a business snapshot, click 'This Month' to select the time. 

To change the location, click on the location name to show all available options. 

Step 4: Review the Data

Once you've adjusted the filters, you can view the data you need on the screen.

These are some of the data that are displayed:

• Funnel: gives a clear picture of how your practice moves from attracting potential clients to making sales and keeping them engaged. It tracks everything from how many leads you win or lose to clients who don’t show up for appointments to the revenue you make per visit. It also looks at how many consultations you have and how many of those turn into sales.
• Clients Retention: provides a detailed look at how well your practice keeps clients returning over time. It tracks the number of clients who visit more than once, measures new clients, includes data on active clients, and tracks the frequency of their visits.
• Online Bookings: gives you a clear view of how well your online booking system is performing. It shows the total number of appointments booked online, tracks the revenue generated from these online bookings, calculates the average revenue per online booking, and includes the number of new clients who book online.
• Client Satisfaction: provides an overview of how well your business is meeting client expectations and how this impacts their behavior. It tracks the number of clients who are at risk of not returning, shows how many clients are rebooking appointments, and tracks the value of their bookings. Additionally, it tracks bad and good reviews.
• Capacity and Utilisation: gives you a detailed view of how well your business is managing its appointment slots and staff time. It shows Peak Times and Days, which highlights when your business is busiest. The report also tracks Staff Utilization, indicating how effectively your staff is being used during their scheduled hours. It includes Schedule Hours, showing the total number of hours your staff is scheduled to work, and Dead Hours, which are periods when no appointments are booked, revealing gaps in your schedule.

To print the data from this report, simply click on the 'Print' button on the top right side of the screen.
