How to Generate a Custom Booking Link for Staff

In this article, we will guide you on how to create a custom booking link for your staff, allowing clients to book appointments with them directly.

Step 1: Navigate to Team

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Team tab located on the left sidebar menu. Click to expand and click "Team" again.

Step 2: Select Team Member

Here, you’ll find all your active staff members. Select the one you want to share the booking link for, so clients can book appointments directly with them.

 

Step 3: Copy Staff Member Link

On the staff member’s profile, you’ll find the booking link at the top right corner of the screen. Click the "Share" button to access more actions.

A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to pre-select only the staff member and click "Copy." This will allow the client to select all other details while keeping the chosen staff member fixed.

You can also pre-select the Service Category and Service. Once you’ve configured the pre-selections, click the "Copy" button.

Now, when sharing these links, clients will be able to book appointments quickly and easily with the pre-selected service or staff member, streamlining the booking process.
