How to Extend Package Duration
In this article, we'll show how to extend the duration of a package so your client can use it for a longer period.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Log in to your Pabau account, and from the search bar located at the top center, search for the client whose client card you wish to open.
Step 2: Open Packages
Once you're in the client card, navigate to the "Packages" tab, and then select the package you'd like to extend. Click on the three vertical dots on the right, and select "Change Package Duration."
Step 3: Extend Package Duration
Once the menu appears, you can adjust the duration of the package by selecting the start and end dates for its validity.
Once you've completed all of the steps, the package will be extended, and you will be able to see it on the client card.
