How to Enable Online Booking Notifications

In this article, you'll learn how to enable online booking notifications and get notified when clients book online.

Enabling company notifications ensures the company email receives alerts whenever a client books an appointment online. This keeps the team informed and helps streamline communication for better preparation.

Step 1: Access Online Bookings


Log in to your Pabau account and in the left sidebar menu, go to Setup, then click on ''Online Booking" under Services.

Click on "Customize" on the right side of the screen.

Step 2: Navigate to the ''General'' tab 

In the "General" tab under "Customization," scroll down and select the field under "New Booking Notification."

Once you click inside the field, you will see all of the email sender addresses created in your account. Choose the one where you would like to receive notifications for all online bookings, regardless of the staff member an appointment is booked with. Step 3: Save the Changes

Once you've made the changes, make sure to click the "Save Changes" button in the top-right corner.
