How to Edit Tax Groups

In this article, we’ll guide you through the process of editing tax groups in your Pabau account.

Step 1: Access Taxes

Log in to your Pabau account and navigate to Setup in the left-hand sidebar. Under the Financials section, click on Taxes.

Step 2: Select the Tax Group

On the Taxes page, locate the tax group you wish to edit. Click on the name of the tax group to open its details.

Step 3: Make Your Changes

Update the necessary fields in the tax group settings, such as its name or the included tax rates. Once you’ve made your edits, click on "Update" to save the changes.

Important Notes:

  • Editing Individual Tax Rates: If you need to update the percentage or name of an individual tax rate included in a tax group, these changes must be made directly within the individual tax rate settings. Any changes made to the tax rate will automatically reflect in all associated tax groups.
  • Invoice Applicability: Edits to tax rates apply only to newly generated invoices created after the changes. Past invoices will retain the original tax rates used at the time of their creation.
