How to Edit & Delete a Lead Pipeline

This article explains how you can edit and delete a lead pipeline.

How to Edit a Lead Pipeline

Step 1: Navigate to the Leads Pipeline

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to "Leads" on the left sidebar menu. This will reveal the Pipeline tab. 

Step 2: Edit Pipeline

Once you're on the Pipeline page, click the "Options" button at the top right corner. This will reveal the "Edit Pipeline" action. 

On the Edit Pipeline page, you can change the Pipeline name, add or delete pipeline stages, reorder the stages, and set the pipeline as default. The process is the same as when creating a lead pipeline.

To update the changes you made, ensure to click the Save button at the top right corner of the page. 

How to Delete a Lead Pipeline

Step 1: Navigate to the Leads Pipeline

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to "Leads" on the left sidebar menu. This will reveal the Pipeline tab. 

Step 2: Delete Pipeline

Once you're on the Pipeline page, click the "Options" button at the top right corner. This will reveal the "Delete Pipeline" action. 

Once you select this option, you will be prompted to confirm if you want to delete the pipeline. You will also have the choice to either move the leads in that pipeline to another one or delete them along with the pipeline. Click the "Delete Pipeline" button to finalize. 

By following these steps, you can delete a lead pipeline from your account.
