How to Delete a Marketing Source

This article covers how to delete a marketing source in Pabau.

Step 1: Navigate to Setup

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup page in the left sidebar menu. Under the Marketing & Communication section, you will find Marketing Sources.

Step 2: Delete Marketing Source

Locate the marketing source that you would like to delete.

After clicking the source, a window will pop up where you can edit or delete the marketing source.

Selecting the Delete button will prompt you to confirm if you want to delete the source permanently. Clicking "Yes, Delete" will finalize the action.

NOTE: When you delete a marketing source, it will no longer be available as an option when selecting a "Referred By" field for clients. Additionally, the deleted marketing source will be removed from all clients' "Referred By" fields where it was previously added, and these fields will be left empty.
