How to Customize the Team Online Booking Settings

Optimizing the Team tab enhances the client’s ability to choose their preferred practitioner while maintaining professionalism.

Keeping team information accurate and up to date builds trust and improves the client experience.

Step 1: Access Online Booking Customization

Log in to your Pabau account. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Setup and select Online Booking under Services, then click "Customize" on the right side of the screen.

Toggle the Active switch in the upper-right corner to enable or disable your online booking platform.

Step 2: Team Customization

In the Team section, you can enable or disable the following options:

Hide Employee Surnames – Controls visibility of staff last names.
Skip Employee Selection Step – Directs clients to available time slots instead of choosing a practitioner.
Show Employee 5-Star Reviews – Highlights staff expertise and builds trust.
Hide Employee Photos – Removes profile pictures from the selection screen.
Show Job Titles – Provides clarity on staff roles.
Display Employee Profiles – Shows practitioner details to assist client decision-making.

With all of these settings enabled, here's how staff members will be displayed in the online booking portal:

Tip: We recommend including a bio for all staff members to provide clients with valuable insights into their expertise. Each bio should highlight the staff member’s specialty, qualifications, experience, and other relevant details, helping clients make informed decisions when booking appointments.
