How to Rearrange Client Details Fields in the Client Card

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps to rearrange the client details fields in the client card.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the page to search for a client. Type at least three letters for the client to appear. 

Step 2: Access Client Details

The client details are listed on the left-hand side of the Client Card. To start rearranging the fields, hover over "Details" and click on "Customizable Fields."

Step 3: Rearrange Client Details 

Once you're in the customization mode, you'll notice drag-and-drop handle next to each field. Simply drag the field and drop it to your preferred location, whether it's under Patient Details or any other section.

Additionally, you can pin specific sections to the top for easier access and better visibility by clicking the pin icon next to the section name.

Step 4: Save the Changes 

After finishing the rearranging, scroll down to the bottom and click "Done" to apply your changes.

By following these steps, you'll successfully rearrange the client's details and customize the Client Card to fit your preferences.
