How to Create Third Parties

Third parties play a crucial role in extending capabilities, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall value proposition of our business. Let's set them up:

Step 1: Navigate to Third Parties

Start by logging into your Pabau account. Once you're in, click on Setup in the left sidebar menu, then click on Objects under "Developer and Other", and select Third Parties.

Step 2: Create a Third Party

Once there, click on the "Create Third Party" button in the top right corner. A window will open and you can choose what type of third party you'd like to create: a company, an insurance provider, or a pharmacy.

Next, fill out the relevant information on the third party, such as its name, provider number, contact information, and address.

Click on "Create" in the top right corner to complete the creation of the third party.

Step 4: Link Third Parties with Clients

To link an insurer, company, or pharmacy to a client, follow these steps:

Navigate to the client's client card and hover over the client's avatar to reveal a right arrow, then click on it.

Choose the type of relationship you want to add and search for the third party you wish to link.

Click on "Add" (the exact wording may vary depending on the type of third party).

Adding relationships to the client card enables you to streamline processes such as sending prescriptions directly to a designated pharmacy for a client or issuing invoices to third-party companies or insurance providers associated with the client.
