How to Create Template Groups

This article explains how you can create template groups in Pabau.

Step 1: Access Templates

Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, navigate to Setup, go to Marketing & Communication, then select Communications, and finally, choose Templates.

Step 2: Create New Group

Navigate to the top right corner of the page and click the "New Group" button to get started. 

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the group name. Once you've typed the name, click the "Save" button to create the group.

Step 3: Review Groups

To view all pre-created groups as well as the ones you've created, navigate to the Groups tab. The General, Precare, Aftercare, and Confirmation groups cannot be edited or deleted as they are built into the system. However, any groups you create yourself can be renamed or removed.

By following these steps, you can create custom template groups in Pabau.
