How to Create Salutations

In this article, we'll show you how to create salutations and link them to clients.

Step 1: Navigate to Salutations 

Start by logging into your Pabau account. Once you're in, click on Setup in the left sidebar menu, then click on Objects under "Developer and Other", and select Salutations.

Step 2: Create a Salutation

Once there, click on the "Create Salutation" button in the top right. Provide a salutation and click on "Create".

Step 3: Edit or Delete a Salutation 

If you need to edit a salutation, click on it and make the necessary change, then click on "Save".

To delete a salutation, click on it, then on "Delete", and confirm the deletion in the prompt.

Step 4: Apply the Salutation to Clients

Once you've created the salutation, open a client card and add the salutation by clicking on the plus sign that appears when you hover over the client's name next to the name of the client. 

Choose the appropriate salutation, click on it, then click on "Save".
