Step 1: Log in to Your Pabau Account
Start by logging into your Pabau account. Once you're in, locate the Setup section at your screen's left bottom corner, and look for Medical form templates under "Clinical".
Step 2: Create Medical forms
Click on the "Create Form" section and choose between two options: either select from the template store or start with a blank template, just like in the example provided.
Step 3: Choose a Form
Choose the appropriate form type from the following options:
Step 4: Create a Prescription
On the left-hand menu, you can name the prescription and customize its appearance with text fields, checkboxes, or dropdown menus. Remember to include the Drug section for prescribing medications to your client. After completing these steps, click "Create Form" button to finish.
Once done, it will look similar to the one we've created:
Step 5: Booking an Appointment
After scheduling an appointment with the linked service and completing the prescription for your client, you can find the form under their client card in the "Prescription" section, located within the "Charts" section.
