In this article, we'll show you how to filter the lead view in the Lead feature.
Step 1: Navigate to Leads
Log in to your Pabau account, navigate to the "Leads" feature from the menu on the left-hand side, and then from the dropdown menu, select "Leads" again.
Step 2: Filter Leads
Once in the Leads feature, go to the top right corner next to the search bar and click on the "Filter" button. A dropdown menu will appear with two options: "Filter by owner" or "Filter by view," showing all the views already created in the system.
The "Filter by owner" option allows you to view all leads assigned to a specific team member.
By choosing one of the Views filters, you'll filter your leads based on the criteria included within that specific view.
Step 3: Create View
If you want to add a new view to your leads, go to the top right corner next to the search bar and click on the "Filter" button. From the dropdown menu, select "Add new view." Once the prompt appears, you can select the criteria for the view.
In the first section, conditions that all leads in the list should match can be set.
In the second section, "And match ANY of these conditions," additional conditions can be added to further specify the leads on the list. Lead will be included if they match any of these conditions, even if they don't meet all the criteria.
Add a name for the lead view that reflects the conditions set. Choose whether the view will be visible only to the creator or to all users in the account.
Next, choose the columns that will be included in the lead view. Check the "Save selected columns with the view" to apply the selected columns.
Click on "Save" in the bottom right corner to save the view.
Step 4: Adjust Columns
To adjust the columns and modify the view of your clients, simply go to the top right corner and click on "Edit columns." From here, you can select which lead information you want to see when opening the view.
Once you've finished editing, you can apply the filter, and you'll have a filtered view of your leads for improved visibility in the system.
