How to Create Connect Accounts from Client Card
In this article, we'll explain how to create Connect accounts for your clients, enabling them to use the online booking portal.
Step 1: Access Client Card
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then navigate to the search bar at the top of the page and search for the client you wish to create a Connect account for.
After opening the client card, you'll see a Pabau logo icon next to the client's photo, accompanied by a plus sign. Click on this icon.
After this, the client should receive an email at the address listed on their client card, containing a link for them to set a password.
Once they've set up their account, they can go to your online booking portal and log into their account by clicking on the login button in the top right corner of the screen.
You'll be able to see the registration in the Client Activities section of the Client Portal dashboard.
