In this article, we'll cover how you can create client views to filter your clients based on various conditions.
Step 1: Navigate to Clients
Log in to your Pabau account, navigate to the "Clients" feature from the menu on the left-hand side, and then from the dropdown menu, select "Clients" again.
Step 2: Filter Clients
Once in the Clients feature, go to the top right corner next to the search bar and click on the "Filter" button. A dropdown menu will appear, showing all the views already created in the system.
Step 3: Create View
If you want to add a new view to your clients, go to the top right corner next to the search bar and click on the "Filter" button. From the dropdown menu, select "Add new view." Once the prompt appears, you can select the criteria for the view.
In the first section, conditions that all clients in the list should match can be set.
In the second section, "And match ANY of these conditions," additional conditions can be added to further specify the clients on the list. Clients will be included if they match any of these conditions, even if they don't meet all the criteria.
Add a name for the client view that reflects the conditions set. Choose whether the view will be visible only to the creator or to all users in the account.
Click on "Save" in the bottom right corner to save the view.
Step 4: Adjust Columns
To adjust the columns and modify the client information displayed in the client list, simply go to the top right corner and click on "Edit columns." From here, you can select which information you want to see first when opening this client view.
Once you've finished editing, you can apply the filter, and you'll have a filtered view of your clients for improved visibility in the system.
