How to Create a Client on the Pabau App

In this article, we'll cover how you can create new clients using the Pabau Go iOS app.

Step 1: Launch the Pabau Go iOS App

Start by opening the Pabau Go app on your iOS device and logging into your account with your credentials.

Step 2: Access the Client Creation Modal

You can create a client in two ways: while booking an appointment from the Calendar or directly from the Clients page.

• From the Calendar:
  Tap on "Calendar" at the bottom of the screen. Navigate to the desired day for the appointment and tap on the corresponding timeslot. In the pop-up menu, select "Add Appointment."
  
  

  In the Create Booking modal, after choosing a service, tap on the "Customer" field, then select the plus icon in the top right corner. This action will open the client creation modal.

  
  

• From the Clients Page:
  Tap on "Clients" at the bottom of the app, then press the plus icon in the top right corner to open the client creation modal.
  
  

Step 3: Fill Out Client Details

In the client creation modal, enter all relevant personal details, such as the client's name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email address, and physical address.

For the 'How did you hear about us?' field, select the appropriate marketing source, as defined in your Marketing Sources settings.

In the 'Keep in touch with us' section, choose how the client prefers to be contacted for marketing purposes.

Step 4: Save the New Client

To finalize the creation of the client, tap 'Save' in the top right corner.
