A Package is multiple sessions of the same service, sold together at a single price (usually discounted) - for example, 6 sessions of laser hair removal.
A Bundle combines different packages into one offering at a single price. It's ideal for treatment plans that span multiple treatment types, such as a skin course combining microneedling and a chemical peel.
Before you start:

At least two packages must already exist before you can create a bundle. To set these up, read our How to Create a Package article.

Bundles let you group several existing packages into one purchase at a single price. They are useful for selling complete treatment journeys, gift sets, or seasonal offers, encouraging clients to commit to a full course upfront instead of booking sessions one at a time.
Step 1: Navigate to Packages
Start by logging into your Pabau account. In the left sidebar menu, click on Setup, then select Packages under "Catalogue".
On the Packages page, click the arrow next to the "New Package" button in the top right corner, then select "Bundle" to open the bundle builder on the General tab.
Step 2: Enter the Bundle Details
In the "Bundle Details" section, enter a Bundle Name for internal reference and a Friendly Name -the name customers see in your online store. Add any relevant tags to help with organisation and search.
In the "Description" field, write a short summary of what the bundle includes and why it's worth buying.
Alternatively, click "Generate with AI" to create a description automatically, which you can then edit.
NOTE: Please note that using this functionality will deduct 5 credits from your Pabau credit balance per service description.
Step 3: Add Packages to the Bundle
In the "Packages in this Bundle" section, click "Add Packages". In the window that opens, find the packages you want to combine, tick the box next to each one, and click "Add Packages".
You need at least two packages to create a bundle. As you add them, the total number of packages and sessions updates at the top of the section.
Step 4: Set the Validity Period
In the "Validity" section, choose how long customers have to redeem the bundle: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or No expiry.
To apply a single redemption period across every package in the bundle, enable the "Override each package's own expiry" toggle. This replaces the individual expiry of each included package with the validity period you set here.
Step 5: Set the Bundle Price
Switch to the Pricing tab. In the "Bundle Price" field, enter the price you want customers to pay. The "Customer Pays" amount updates as you type, and the saving against the combined value of the packages is calculated automatically.
Below the price, the breakdown lists each package, the sum of the individual package prices, the bundle discount, and the final bundle price, so you can confirm the offer at a glance.
Step 6: Set Availability
On the Availability tab, choose where and how customers can buy the bundle. Turn on "Enable online purchase" to make the bundle appear on your web store, and "Allow promo codes" to let customers apply promotional codes at checkout.
Step 7: Set the Locations
On the Locations tab, choose which clinics sell the bundle. Customers will only see the bundle at the locations you choose.
Step 8: Preview and Create the Bundle
As you build, the Live Web Store Preview on the right shows exactly what customers will see, including the packages inside, the number of sessions, the validity, and the final price. Use it to check everything reads correctly before you create the bundle.
When you're happy with the bundle, click the "Create Bundle" button in the top right corner to save it.
