When it comes to your client notifications, it's important to have the templates branded properly and include the correct sender to avoid any confusion.

Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup page in the left sidebar menu. Under the Marketing & Communication section, expand "Communications" to reveal the Sender Addresses tab.
Step 2: Create Sender
Click on the "Create a Sender" button at the top right corner, revealing a drop-down menu where you can select if you want to create an SMS or Email sender.
NOTE: Pabau will display the email address you have set as the default sender to clients if you've specified one. If you haven't, Pabau will use the default sender address configured in the system.
Email Sender
To create a sender email, you need to add a sender name and email address on the Create a Sender page.
If you'd like this email address to be displayed to clients when they receive automated notifications, make sure to enable the "Default Sender" toggle.
After filling out the fields, make sure to click on the Create button at the top right corner to save the updates.
SMS Sender
To create an SMS sender, you must only input the sender name.
If you want this sender name to be displayed to your clients when they receive automated texts, ensure that the "Default Sender" toggle is enabled.
After filling out the fields, make sure to click on the Create button at the top right corner to save the updates.
