How to Connect the Bluetooth Terminal on the Pabau GO App

In this guide, we'll cover the steps to connecting your BBPOS WisePad 3 with the Pabau GO app.

Step 1: Turn on the Terminal

Start by turning the Bluetooth terminal on and setting it up by following the steps provided in this guide.

Step 2: Open the Pabau GO App

Launch the Pabau GO app and log in with your credentials.

Step 3: Select the Card Reader

Tap on Menu in the bottom right corner of the screen, then tap on Connect Card Reader.

From the available options, select BBPOS WisePad 3.

Next, choose the location you want to use with the card reader.

Step 4: Connect the Devices

Make sure the Bluetooth terminal is charged and turned on, and that Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS device. Place the terminal near your device.

Once the connection is established, you will be able to process payments as usual, by selecting "Card terminal" as the payment method at the Point of Sale.

NOTE: The Bluetooth terminal and the internet terminal (BBPOS WisePOS E) cannot be connected and used at the same time.

You can disconnect the Bluetooth terminal by force-closing the app and turning off Bluetooth on your device.

Additionally, the Bluetooth card terminal and Tap to Pay on iPhone cannot be used simultaneously.

You can disconnect Tap to Pay by force-closing the Pabau GO app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and swiping the app away.
