How to Check Whether an Appointment Was Rescheduled
This article explains how you can check if an appointment has been rescheduled.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, use the search bar and enter at least three letters of the client's name to find them.
Step 2: Switch to the Appointments Tab
After accessing the client card, go to the "Appointments" tab to view all upcoming and past appointments for the client.
Step 3: Click on the Three Dots Icon
Hover over the appointment, and the three dots will appear.
Step 4: Review Audit Log
Click on the Audit Log tab to view a detailed record of the appointment's history.
Here, you can check whether the appointment was rescheduled, canceled, or modified, along with the exact date and time of these changes and who made them.
By following these steps, you can check whether an appointment has been rescheduled.
