This article offers a guide on canceling appointments from the client card.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then navigate to the search bar at the top of the page and proceed to type at least three letters of the client's name. Pabau will filter the results as you type.
Step 2: Switch to the Appointments Tab
After selecting the client, in the client card, you will find the Appointments tab. This tab includes all the appointments that have been scheduled for the client.
Step 3: Locate the Appointment to be Canceled
Hover over the appointment that you would like to cancel and click on the three dots on the far right side of the appointment.
Step 4: Cancel the Appointment
After selecting the three dots, a menu will appear revealing several options for actions you can take with the appointment, including the option to "Cancel".

Step 5: Select Cancellation Reason
You will be prompted to select a cancellation reason before proceeding with the cancellation. Additionally, you can include a comment explaining why this appointment was canceled.
After the cancellation is successful, the appointment status will show as "Cancelled" on the far right side.
