The bulk client registration for online bookings feature lets you create online booking accounts for all your clients at once, saving you the effort of registering them individually. With this feature, you can:
- Register multiple clients at once, making it easy to invite them to your online booking platform.
- Save time by reducing manual effort, letting you focus more on client care.
The bulk client registration feature is one way to create Connect accounts for clients without one. Alternatively, accounts are automatically created when clients click "Forgot Password?" (if their email matches an existing client card) or interact with forms or notifications that redirect to Connect.
Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login details. Then, navigate to the Setup page on the bottom left corner of the side-bar menu.
Step 2: Access the Online Bookings Setup Page
Access the Online Bookings customization page under the Services section.
Step 3: Navigate to the Register Button
In the bulk register section on the right side of the screen, you'll see the percentage of clients with email addresses who are registered on Pabau Connect.
To create Connect accounts for clients who aren't registered yet, click "Register" on the right-hand side.
Step 4: Bulk Register Clients
