How to Assign Taxes to Services

In this article, we'll explain how to assign taxes to Services.

Step 1: Navigate to Services

Start by logging into your Pabau account. Once you’re in, navigate to Setup on the left-hand sidebar and click on "Services" in the Services section.

Step 2: Select the Service to Edit

In the Services section, locate the service to which you want to apply tax. You can use the search bar at the top to quickly find the service or browse through the category list manually. Click on the service to open its details.

Step 3: Apply the Tax

In the service editing modal, click on the Pricing tab. Locate the Tax field, and from the dropdown menu, select the tax rate or tax group you want to apply. Ensure the tax has been previously created in the system. Click on "Save" in the top right corner to save the changes to the service.

Once selected, the tax will be applied to the service, and all future invoices containing this service will reflect the appropriate tax amount.

By following these steps, you can manage taxes efficiently across your services, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with local tax regulations.
