How to Assign Smart Pricing to Team Members

In this article, we’ll show you how to assign Smart Pricing to specific team members in your clinic.

Step 1: Access Smart Pricing Page

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Money tab in the left sidebar menu. Click to expand it, and you'll see the Smart Pricing sub-tab.

Step 2: Set Up Smart Pricing

Step 3: Select Team Members

Once you click the Setup Smart Pricing button, a modal will appear where you can configure your Smart Pricing settings.

Begin by selecting which team members are eligible for Smart Pricing. Use the search bar at the top to quickly locate a specific staff member.

To include a team member, simply tick their name.

Then, proceed to set up the services and pricing rules to complete the setup. 

Step 4: Book Online

On the "Select staff member" step when booking online, only these selected team members will have the Smart Pricing discounts applied when clients book services.

By following these steps, you can easily assign smart pricing to staff members in Pabau.
