Step 1: Access Smart Pricing Page
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Money tab in the left sidebar menu. Click to expand it, and you'll see the Smart Pricing sub-tab.
Step 2: Set Up Smart Pricing

Step 3: Select Services
After selecting the team members eligible for Smart Pricing, choose which services will be included by ticking the boxes next to their names. You can use the search bar to quickly find a specific service.
Then, proceed to set up the pricing rules to complete the setup.
Step 4: Book Online
For example, if you include the “Facial Treatment” service and set a Smart Pricing discount for Mondays, the discount icon will appear when clients book that service online on a Monday. This ensures the correct pricing is automatically applied based on the day, time, and assigned team member.
By following these steps, you can easily assign smart pricing to services in Pabau.
