How to Assign Employees to Locations

This guide will walk you through the process of assigning employees to locations in Pabau, ensuring they have the necessary access to book shifts, schedule appointments, and appear in the online booking portal.

Step 1: Access the Locations Setup

Log in to your Pabau account, navigate to Setup in the left sidebar menu, and click on Locations under the Business section.

Step 2: Edit the Location

Click on the location you want to edit, then click the "Edit" button to open the Edit Location module.

Step 3: Add Employees to the Location

Inside the Edit Location module, navigate to the Employees tab, where you can assign team members to this location to grant them access.

Only assigned employees will be able to view this location, book shifts, and appointments, and be booked via the online booking portal. To assign an employee, search for their name in the search bar or select them from the list, then click "Save" in the top-right corner.

Step 4: Confirm Employee Location Settings

Navigate to Teams in the left sidebar menu, then click on the "Team" button.

Inside the employee profile, open the Locations tab, where you can select the employee’s primary work location and additional locations where they can be booked. These settings reflect the assignments made in the previous step.

Once adjusted, click "Save Changes" to finalize.
