How to Apply Salutations to Leads

In this article, we will demonstrate how to add salutations to leads within the lead feature.

Step 1: Navigate to Leads

Start by logging into your Pabau account. Once you're in, click on the Leads in the left sidebar menu, then click on Leads again.

Step 2: Apply the Salutation to Leads

Once you've created the salutation, open the lead card and add the salutation by clicking on the plus sign that appears when you hover over the lead's name next to the name of the lead.

Step 3: View Salutation for Leads

Select the suitable salutation, click on it, and then click "Save". Afterward, you'll see the salutation displayed on the left side next to the lead's name.
