How to Change the Status of an Appointment
In this guide, you'll learn how to change the status of an appointment.
Step 1: Navigate to the Calendar
Start by logging into your Pabau account and navigate to the Calendar in the left sidebar menu.
Step 2: Apply Appointment Statuses in the Calendar
By default, your account comes with five basic, hard-coded statuses: Waiting, Arrived, Complete, Running Late, and No-show. These statuses cannot be deleted as they are linked to specific actions in the system. For example, the "Complete" status triggers the sending of aftercare or feedback requests.
You can create custom appointment statuses by following the steps in this guide.
Once your statuses are set up, changing an appointment's status in the calendar is easy. Simply click on the appointment to open the context menu. The available statuses will be listed below the client’s name and contact information.
Hover over each icon to view the name of the status. To apply for a status, just click on it.
You can switch between statuses as needed.
