How to Alter Voucher Duration

Gift vouchers offer an effective means to maintain client satisfaction, allowing them to use these vouchers for appointment payments. Here's how you can adjust their duration.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Start by logging into your Pabau account. Use the search bar at the top of the page to locate your client.

Step 2: Access Gift Vouchers

In the menu within the line card, select "Gift Voucher." Here, you can view all active and expired vouchers.

Step 3: Alter Voucher Duration

Choose the voucher you wish to modify by selecting the three vertical dots. Select "Alter Gift Voucher Duration."

Adjust the voucher's validity period by changing the dates according to your preference.

Once this setup is complete, the client can utilize the voucher to pay for an appointment.
