How to Add Staff Signatures

This article explains how to add a signature to your staff member profile in Pabau.

Step 1: Navigate to Team

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, expand the Team tab on the left sidebar menu. Click Team to access the staff members. 

Step 2: Add Signature

Once you’re on the Team page, click on your profile name to view the details. Scroll down to view the signature field, it is located on the bottom of the page. 

Simply draw in the field, and if you make any mistakes, use the options at the top to erase the signature, undo your last action, or redo it.

Step 3: Save Changes

After you’ve finished adding the signature, scroll to the top of the page and find the 'Save Changes' button in the top right corner. Click it to finalize your changes.
