How to Add GP Details in the Client Portal

This article explains how clients can add their GP details on the Client Portal.

Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page

Navigate to the Client Portal login page where you would normally sign in with your email and password.

Step 2: Navigate to the GP Details Tab

Once logged in, navigate to the top right corner and click on your avatar. Then, find and click on the "GP Details" tab under the Clinical Records section.

Step 3: Add GP Details

On this page, click the "+Add GP" button to start adding your GP Details.

Now proceed to fill out the necessary fields listed: 

  • Surgery Name 
  • Surgery Phone Number
  • GP Full Name
  • GP Email 
  • GP Address

Once you complete all details, proceed to click the "Save" button below to update the changes. Any changes you make here will be reflected on the client card in Pabau, keeping you fully in sync with the practice.

The GP Details will also now show in the client portal.
