How to Add Card Details to a Client Card

In this article, we'll guide you through the process of adding card details to a client card in your Pabau account.

By saving a client's card details, you can streamline payment processes, such as charging deposits when booking manually in the Calendar or utilizing "Card on File" as a convenient payment method in the Point of Sale.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Log in to your Pabau account and use the search bar located at the top of the screen to search for the client to whom you wish to add card details.

Step 2: Input Card Details 

In the top left corner of the client card, you will find a card icon adjacent to the client's avatar or photo. Click on this icon to proceed.

A "Payment method" pop-up will appear. Here, input the necessary card details, including the cardholder's name and card number.

Alternatively, you can click on the "Autofill Link" button if the client has the card details stored via Link for automatic completion.

Step 3: Save Card Details

After inputting the card details, click on the "Add your card" button to save the information to the client's card.

Adding card details to a client card in Pabau enhances your ability to manage payments efficiently.
