Step 1: Access the Wallet
Log into your Pabau account using your credentials. Once logged in, click on the Wallet icon located in the top right corner, right next to your avatar.
NOTE: The Wallet icon will only be visible to staff members who have the Wallet permission enabled. If you need to enable this permission, please refer to this article for guidance.
Step 2: Navigate to the Bank Account Section
In this section, you can see all the bank accounts associated with your Pabau account.
Step 3: Manage Bank Account
After clicking Manage in Stripe, you will be redirected to your Stripe dashboard. Here you can:
- Complete onboarding — If your setup is not finished, you will see a Complete onboarding banner at the top. Click Add information to provide any missing details and activate your account for processing payments and payouts.
- View recent earnings — See a summary of your earnings over time with a trend graph. You can filter by time period, for example the past 12 months.
- Check your balance — Your total balance, available to pay out amount, and next scheduled payout date are all visible in the top right panel. Click Update to change your payout schedule, or See details for a full breakdown.
- View recent payments — See a list of recent payments including the date, status, sender email, and amount.
- View recent payouts — Track when funds have been paid out to your bank account.
- Monitor activity — The Activity panel on the right gives you a quick overview of any recent account actions.
- Manage settings — Use the left sidebar to access Payments, Balance, Financing, Tasks, and Settings to configure your Stripe account further.
NOTE: If your balance shows On hold, it means your onboarding is not yet complete. Finish the onboarding process by clicking Add information to start processing payments.
