How to Add Attachments to Emails from the Client Card

In this guide, you’ll learn how to send an email with an attachment directly from a client’s profile in Pabau.

This allows you to quickly share documents, images, or files while keeping communication organized and accessible in the client card.

Step 1: Locate the client

Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find the client you want to email.
Once selected, their Client Card will open.

Step 2: Open the email communication window

Click the blue plus sign (+) in the bottom right corner of the client card.
From the menu that appears, select Communication, then click "Email".

Step 3: Attach a file

In the email window, click the "Attach" button (paperclip icon) located at the bottom of the screen next to the Send button.
Choose the file you want to include from your device.

Step 4: (Optional) Insert an image into the email

You can also add an image directly into the email body by clicking the Insert image button in the email toolbar.

Step 5: Send the email

Once your message and attachments are ready, click "Send" to deliver the email to your client.
