When you send a link to a client—whether it’s to pay an invoice, complete a form, or view a booking—it won’t stay active forever. Below is a full list of the most common client-facing links in Pabau and their expiration timeframes.

Invoices	View or pay invoice: 30 days (This applies to any invoice link sent via email or SMS.)
Forms	Default forms (not tied to an appointment): 30 days Forms linked to a specific appointment: 7 days after the appointment date Medical history forms: 30 days

✅ Best practice: If a client needs to access a form after it’s expired, simply resend the form from their client card or the appointment journey.

Appointments	View appointment details: 30 days Confirm appointment: Expires 7 days after the appointment date Cancel appointment: Expires 7 days after the appointment date Reschedule appointment: Expires 7 days after the appointment date
