Step 1: Accessing the Review Dashboard

To begin managing your reviews, log in to your Pabau account and navigate to the Marketing section in the left sidebar menu, then click on "Reviews" to access the Review Dashboard.

Step 2: Review Dashboard Overview

The Review Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your reviews and facilitates effective review management. 

  • Overall Score Display:

    The dashboard prominently displays the overall score, providing a quick snapshot of your business's performance. Share this score directly on Facebook to enhance your online presence.

  • Review Source Categories:

    View reviews categorized by source, depending on your integrated review platforms.



  • Detailed Review List:

    Explore a detailed list of reviews at the bottom, featuring essential information such as source, score, client name, date, staff, appointment details, and client messages.
  • Pabau Reviews Management:

    For Pabau Reviews, you have the flexibility to hide them as needed. Additionally, you can perform various actions such as sharing reviews on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn, responding to reviews, or marking them as favorites.

Effectively utilizing the Review Dashboard in Pabau empowers you to actively manage and leverage your reviews for optimal business impact.

Customizing the Feedback Survey Builder


In this article, we'll guide you through the process of customizing your feedback survey using the Feedback Survey Builder in Pabau.

Step 1: Accessing the Feedback Survey 

Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, click on Marketing, then on "Reviews"

Step 2: Configure the Survey Page

To begin configuring your review page, follow these steps:

Click on the "Configure" button in the top right corner of the Reviews page. Alternatively, go to Setup and click on "Feedback Survey" under Marketing and Communication.

Step 3: Customize the Survey Appearance

In the builder on the left side, customize the appearance of your survey:

  • Select Color Scheme:

Choose the color scheme for your survey page. Opt for predefined colors or use a custom color from the color picker or input the hex or RGB code.

  • Preview Changes:

Preview changes in real-time, toggling between "Listing" (total review score) and "Read" (specific client review).

  • Logo Placement and Size:
Click on the Logo Position dropdown menu to select the logo's alignment (left, middle, or right) and use the Logo size slider to adjust its size in the Listings widget.
  • Display Client Name:
In the "Display client name" dropdown, choose your preferred method for how the review should be shared: with the client's full name, first name only, initials only, or entirely anonymous.
  • Notification Settings:

Check the notifications section to see if your email and/or SMS survey notifications are enabled or disabled. Adjust by clicking on "Change in client notifications".

Step 4: Save and Continue

Otherwise, click on Next Step twice to reach the third step, and click on Save Settings to apply your customized survey settings.


Customizing the Feedback Survey Questions Section


This article guides you through managing the survey questions within your feedback survey. This step focuses on refining the questions to gather valuable client feedback.

Step 1: Accessing the Feedback Survey Questions Section


Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, click on Marketing, then on "Reviews"



Click on the "Configure" button in the top right corner of the Reviews page. While on the Builder step, scroll down and select "Next Step".

Alternatively, go to Setup and click on "Feedback Survey" under Marketing and Communication, then click on "Next Step" in the bottom right corner.

Step 2: Customizing the Survey Questions


In the builder on the left side of the Questions page, input the Survey name and Survey subtitle. Preview any changes made in the middle of the screen.

Step 3: Choose Survey Format


Choose between two survey formats: display all questions at once or reveal them individually.

Step 4: Manage Questions


In the Questions section, add, edit, or delete survey questions. Clients can provide ratings from 0 to 5 in intervals of 0.5.


Editing Questions:

To edit a question, modify the text in the respective field.
To delete a question, click on the X icon on the far right.
To add a question, click on "Add Question."


Utilize Question Bank:

Utilize our Question Bank by clicking on the checkmark to the right of a question to add it to your set of questions.


Merge Tags:

Questions feature merge tags, dynamically populated based on appointment information. Selecting different merge tags alters the context of the question.

When satisfied with the feedback form, click on "Next Step" in the bottom right corner.

Step 5: Save Settings

In the third step, click on "Save Settings" in the bottom right corner to apply your customized survey questions.


How to Set Up Google Reviews

 

This article guides you through the process of enabling the Google review integration for your Pabau account.

The Google Reviews integration redirects your clients to share their feedback on Google Reviews after providing a 4 or 5-star response to any question in your Pabau feedback survey.

Step 1: Accessing the Google Reviews Integration

Log in to your Pabau account, then navigate to Setup by clicking on the "Setup" button at the bottom of the left sidebar menu, and click on "Feedback Survey" under Marketing and Communication.


Proceed to the "Integrations" step by clicking on "Next Step" in the bottom right corner of the first two steps - Builder and Questions. 

Step 2: Setting Up Google Reviews Integration


Locate the Google reviews integration and click on "Set Up Now."

Step 3: Enter Google Reviews Link


In the pop-up, enter the URL to your Google reviews link.

NOTE: To obtain your Google review link, look up your clinic on Google, press "Write a review" and copy the URL.


Click on "Save" and complete the setup by clicking on "Save Settings" in the bottom right corner of the feedback survey page.

The Google review integration is now enabled.
