Dictation

Follow these simple steps to easily add dictation to your daily tasks:

Step 1: Navigate to a Client Card

Open a client's client card by using one of these three methods:

• Searching for a specific client using the search bar at the top of the screen;
  
  
• selecting the "Clients" feature in the left sidebar menu;
  
  
• Choosing a specific appointment in the Calendar and clicking on the client's name. 
  
  

Step 2: Initiate Dictation

Click on the plus sign button located at the bottom right of the client card.

From the options presented, select "Dictation" and make sure that your browser has the microphone enabled.

Step 3: Start Recording

Click on the microphone button to start recording your voice note. Verbally express the information you wish to include in the voice note.

Step 4: Stop Recording

Once you have conveyed the necessary information, click on the button at the bottom to stop the recording.

Step 5: Review and Save

On the top, you can see the voice note and play it to review the content.

Choose to save the voice note as a standalone note, which will appear under "Communications."

Step 6: Include the Voice Note in a Letter (Optional)

Alternatively, select to include the voice note in a letter. Specify which letter template you want to attach the voice note to.

Step 7: AI Letter Generation (Optional)

If you choose to add the voice note to a letter, proceed to use AI to transcribe the note. The system will auto-generate a letter with the voice note included.

Step 8: Save or Send the Letter

Once the letter is generated, you can send it to the client or print it.
