How to Clear Cache and Cookies

Occasionally, when a system update is pushed, you may need to clear your browser cache and cookies for the changes to properly take effect. Here's how to clear them from your browser.

If you’re experiencing issues with pages not loading correctly or features not updating as expected, you no longer need to manually clear your browser cache. Pabau has made it easier than ever to reset your session with a single link.

We’ve introduced a new Force Reset URL that automatically clears stored cache data related to your Pabau account. This ensures you’re always running the latest version of Pabau — no manual steps required.

  1. Simply open the following link in your browser:
    👉 https://app.pabau.com/force-reset

  2. Once the page loads, the system will automatically refresh your Pabau environment.

  3. After the reset, log back into your account to continue using Pabau as normal.
