In this article, we'll cover how to manage billing and pricing in your Pabau account, including how to upgrade your subscription.
Step 1: Navigate to Billing
Login to your Pabau account then click on "Setup." From there, click on "Billing" under Business.
Step 2: Manage Subscription
From here, you can view the account summary, including details about the number of active users in your account and your account ID.
Below the account summary, you'll find the Active Subscriptions section, where you can manage or upgrade your subscription.
You can also upgrade your subscription by clicking on your avatar in the top right corner of the screen and selecting "Manage Subscription".
In the Marketing Plus section, you can activate or deactivate Marketing Plus by clicking on the three dots on the right.
In the Account Manager section, clicking on the "Learn More" button will redirect you to our dedicated Account Management page. Here, you can discover additional details about this service and sign up for it.
Step 3: Billing Details
Under Billing Details, you can manage the information displayed on the invoices issued to you.
By clicking on the Payment Method tab, you can view and edit your bank details such as bank name, account holder name, and account number.
Under Invoice Activity, you can view all invoices issued to you, including your Pabau monthly subscription, any add-ons you've acquired, and your Pabau Credits purchases.
