Using Lead Manager

Lead Manager is the place where you can find and manage all the leads in the system. You can easily see the status of the leads, access their profiles and also filter if you want to see only converted, junk or open leads.

  1. The first step is to go to the Leads feature on the top of the screen:

  1. Then you have to select Lead View:

  1. On this screen, you can see all the leads that you have on your account, and also create new ones by clicking on the top right corner +New Lead

  1. On the list with the leads first of all you can apply the previously created lead view so that the leads can be displayed with the information you need. You can select the lead view by clicking on the drop-down menu where it says Select a different view…

  1. Once you have the desired view of the leads, you can start filtering the leads by their status - if they are Open, Converted or Junk:

You can also filter them by the Lead status - the statuses you use when contacting them from the profile.

  1. By clicking on the name of the lead you can open the lead card and take a look at all the notes that are left for this potential client.

From the lead manager, you can basically control everything about your leads:

  • Create new leads
  • Open existing leads by clicking on their name
  • Searching for leads created in a specific period of time
  • Chose different views on how you want the leads to be displayed
  • Filter them by their status (Open, Converted, Junk)
  • Filter them by their Lead status (the ones you use to track the process of contacting them)

View name -  Make sure you use a good name that will give you a great explanation of what that view will display

Primary columns to display - Start by selecting the boxes that you want to be displayed on that view. If you think that the Phone number for the lead is important select it and continue with the rest. Once you decide what columns you want to be on that view, you can also filter it to display only specific information. Location for example (if you have more than one) you can select the specific one that you need, or the Lead Source if you want to see only the leads from Facebook.

Custom columns to display - The same thing as the primary ones, but this is linked with the Custom fields that you have in the system. If you need the information from the Custom fields to be displayed on the Lead manager, you can select them from here and also filter them like the primary columns.

The last step is to Save the settings.

  1. Now that you have the new view created, you can go to the Lead manager

  1. Choose the specific lead view that you need:

  1. The lead manager will display the columns depending on what you chose when creating the view:
