There are two ways you can receive results automatically with Pabau:
1) Choose one of our approved lab partners from our integrations page.
2) Request your lab to email your results to a specific email address provided from your Pabau account
*Point 2 works with almost any provider.
Setting up an Email Inbox
To begin, head over to the 'Lab Requests' section in the top right corner of your Pabau account.
In the top left corner you will see the following email address
Email your lab provider with an email that goes something along the lines of:
If the lab provider is able to put the request ID taken from your original request into the file name, your labs should automatically match (otherwise you will manually match the labs from the Lab Inbox).
