Photo Upload Failing on the app
If you are experiencing photos not appearing on a client's record card after taking a photo then this can be due to your upload connection.
Pabau Go processes on average 300/400 photos a minute. Each image is roughly 4mb/5mb. Here are some tips below:
1) It is important that when uploading more then 4 pictures, you ensure that the Photos tab says 'TAKEN'.
2) Check with your web provider and see if there is any possibility of upgrading your upload speed (download speed is not important here. You may have a 100mb download line, but upload is crucial).
3) If a photo upload was to fail, you can re-attempt these photos by visiting the 'More' then 'Sync Tool' tab.
